		<description>Well, I do have a terrifying stack of them to get through. I&#039;m also a huge fan of Indian food of any sort.

There is an Indian sauce section in my local store, but I don&#039;t recall &quot;Tiger Tiger&quot;. Patak&#039;s is the common brand here. Their butter chicken sauce is pretty good. I&#039;d bet if &quot;Tiger Tiger&quot; isn&#039;t available, Patak&#039;s will be a safe substitute.

I&#039;ll post an update if I have success.</description>

Tiger Tiger brand vindaloo sauce straight out of the jar is mega-sufficient. You&#039;ll never consider ketchup/mustard again.</description>
